Position Overview: The Inventory Auditor will be responsible for monitoring/counting warehouse goods to verify all supplies are reflective of the reported inventory. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities - include but are not limited to the following:
- Operate Cherry Picker, count materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials on a daily basis.
- Ensure materials are in proper locations; locate any misclassified inventory.
- Open cartons and other containers to count items and/or weigh containers to determine quantity on hand.
- Develop and monitor key functions related to inventory, to assure that numbers are accurate and orders are timely.
- Navigate Hickory Farms' software program to process cycle counts, review in-stock inventory, view current floor activity, and access archives.
- Report discrepancies of over/under-stocked inventory and report any damaged products to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.

- Successful completion of Hickory Farms' Cherry Picker Driver Training and Certification Program.
- Familiar with using computer software and other office tools.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule which may include overtime, including the weekend.
Educational and/or Work Experience Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certified to operate a Cherry Picker or 1 year of Cherry Picker experience required.
- 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Must be able to complete the essential job functions with reasonable accommodations and meet all the mandatory qualifications under the ADA guidelines.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to perform essential physical activities such as lifting, climbing, standing, stooping, or typing.
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
