POSITION SUMMARYThe Inventory Control Clerk is a key role responsible for monitoring inventory levels and production reporting using IQMS software. This role owns the process of production scanning, ensuring all scans are accurately recorded and reflected in the system. The Clerk identifies and corrects errors in production reporting, missed production scans, and conducts regular audits to verify inventory records are accurate. The Clerk collaborates with the production team to understand any discrepancies in production scans to implement inventory control procedures and best practices. The Clerk also collaborates with the warehouse team to ensure that all inventory data is accurately entered and updated in the system. Together they will audit inventory and identify opportunities for process improvement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Utilize IQMS software to manage and monitor inventory levels, production reporting, and missed production scans.
- Own the process of production scanning, ensuring all scans are accurately recorded and reflected in the system.
- Identify and correct errors in production reporting and missed production scans.
- Identify root causes of discrepancies or errors in production scans and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory records are accurate.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse and production teams to understand and address any discrepancies in production scans.
- Help develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- At least 3 years in a manufacturing/warehousing role.
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in MRP/WMS software is a must.
- Experience with warehouse scanning equipment setup and troubleshooting.

You may be eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus - $1,000 to be paid in 90 days, $2,000 in 90 days after that.Hours are 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
