Receive, count and inspect shipments received from outside vendors; sort, label and stock incoming products and supplies and document in appropriate databaseContingent on the Line of Business, pull products (including, but not limited to available frames or lenses), match to appropriate job and store in assigned location, sort and distribute trays as requiredContingent on the Line of Business, pull products (including, but not limited to semi-finished or finished lenses), scan and verify; perform cosmetic inspection and restock as neededPrepare and process materials for return to manufacturer for creditIdentify backorders and take appropriate actionPerform cycle counts and physical inventoryMonitor inventory by partnering with the appropriate partiesContingent on the Line of Business, may be responsible for timely processing of receiving documentation (goods and services) in the applicable Purchase Order and Accounting systemsJob SpecificationsTypically has the following skills or abilities:One to two years of experience in inventory and/or receivingExperience working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read and write at a level necessary to accomplish the above tasksGood manual dexterity and hand/eye coordinationGood near vision and attention to detailAbility to recognize and distinguish colorsAbility to perform physical activities requiring bending, kneeling, and pulling/pushingAbility to lift up to 30 poundsAbility to walk or stand up to 100% of the time

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
