Job Summary: Inventory Duties as required to organize and maintain the accuracy and quality of products relating to both incoming and outgoing processes. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis.
- Reconcile cycle counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
- Check date-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed.
- Be Proficient at interpreting the need for a stock check and provide detailed results, in order to reconcile the issue relating to transfer discrepancies, customer order issues, or receiving issues.
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory from transfers, picking, and shipping.
- Detailed review of Inventory Returns for accuracy.
- Accurately adjust or move inventory being conscious of dollar value.
- Understand P21 and WMS systems and stay current with procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports promptly.
- Scan daily reports.
- Provide Inventory Functions for Service & Repair when necessary.
- Provide Courteous and prompt response for incoming on-site visitors.
- Lead others in safe work practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- Education: High school degree or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse or Inventory.
