Summary of Functions
Job Description
* Ensures compliance with Tribal, State, Federal, and NIGC regulations.
* Responsible for accuracy of prices, terms, FOB points.
* Assists with the maintenance of the inventory item master list.
* Reviews purchase requisitions to ensure compliance with established policy and proper accounting codes.
* Enters new Purchase Orders in the accounting system ensuring that all data meets requirements.
* Inputs purchase order change notices.
* Expedites open purchase orders on a daily basis.
* Receives shipping documents and enters goods received into the accounting system.
* Monitors inventory control and reconciles inventory on a monthly basis.
* Ensures that highest possible standards of guest satisfaction and Team Member relations are maintained and carried out in a fair and equitable manner conducive to that goal.
* Ensures all work areas are organized and clean and products are properly stored and rotated.
* Learns, comprehends and complies with all casino policies and procedures, MICS and Gaming Regulations.
* Ensures control/protection of casino assets.
* May be required to be a panelist for internal review boards.
* Reconcile overdue invoices.
* Open transfer order reports.

Education, Experience & Other Requirements
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
* Two-year computer data entry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Two years MS Office, and data entry experience.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal License.
* Knowledge and use of Hand trucks and Pallet Jack experience is preferred but not required.
