Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate cycle counts and discrepancy investigation, determining root causes and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Organize and facilitate non-conforming materials to internal disposition or return to vendor
* Reconcile and close completed production and repair work orders
* Investigate and correct data/inventory errors
* Develop and implement improvements on existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency
* Monitor and fulfill line shortages, working with buyers to mitigate recurrences
* Set up and maintain warehouse locations/defaults within ERP
* Drive down aging work orders through direct communication with internal and external suppliers to follow up on repairs
* Lead team in required cycle count/inventory audits
* Measures and reports on various KPI's
* Train and mentor cross functional teams on inventory management processes
* Perform other related duties as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Preferred or Desired:
* Experience with quality system requirements (FDA, ISO) preferred
Required:
* 3-5 years' experience working with inventory in a Warehousing/Production environment
* Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
* Computer skills including the use of standard office software programs including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
* Demonstrated competency with an ERP, preferably AX or SAP
* Must be self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic
* Commitment to high standards of excellence and integrity
* Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The range for this position is $50,000 - $68,500 . Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, future potential and internal pay parity. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Accuray Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process
