Job DetailsJob Location Raleigh Distribution Center - Raleigh, NC Position Type Full Time Description The Inventory Control Coordinator will oversee inventory control functions across all Worldwide Golf (WWG) ecommerce distribution centers. This position will enhance the reach and responsibilities of the leadership team at the ACC facility in Raleigh, expanding their oversight to include all ecommerce distribution centers, namely Salt Lake City, Joliet, and Mississauga, in addition to providing logistical support to the entire WWG retail network and affiliated 3PL and investment partners. Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy:
  • Provide overarching leadership and strategic direction for inventory control across all WWG ecommerce distribution centers.
  • Support the Inventory Control Manager and all WWG DC facilities.
  • Enhance the earning potential of the leadership team while providing high-level support.
Inventory Control:
  • Oversee ERP warehousing functions, bin management, inventory balance transfers, and bin capacity monitoring.
  • Manage put-away process flows, cold storage bin replenishment, and cycle count activities.
  • Ensure all inventory transfer balancing within the WWG network is efficient and accurate.
  • Schedule, monitor, track and report on all inventory cycle counting and reconciliation activities.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain and share monthly bin capacity reports with facility managers and logistics management.
  • Ensure bin capacity for each product type is maintained at or below 80%.
  • Maintain process and training documentation to ensure consistent execution across all facilities.
  • Perform daily analysis of QOH inventory with a focus on aging ID's found within work in process locations. Utilize problem solving skills to address issues as they arise in an urgent and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum 1+ years of supervisory experience or experience in a similar role
  • Past experience working within inventory control, warehousing or related supply chain role
  • Strong understanding of ERP warehousing functions and inventory management processes
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide remote and on-site support as required; capable of traveling to all DC locations as needed including Mississauga, Canada
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with facility managers and logistics teams
