Summary:The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the handling of Fragrance/Ingredients Inventory related requests that come from various departments within the organization. Ensure that the physical inventory is aligned with Robertet systems. Ensure that materials are handled and transactions are performed in compliance with Robertet policies and procedures, GMP and ISO standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate inventory in the MTO facility. Identify potential inventory issues through cycle counting and find creative solutions that enable the team to meet goals.
- Process sample requests from Quality Control, Sample lab and Development.
- Monitor e-mail, handle all inventory related requests from Planning, Customer Service, QC and Production.
- Ensure all material is handled according to GMP, ISO and SQF standards.
- Troubleshoot and assign corrective action to inventory issues in a timely manner.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements changes to improve Workplace Safety, Quality and Productivity.
- Participate in all Safety related initiatives, inclusive of the Safety/Food Safety observation program.

Qualifications:Preferred:
- Associate's Degree in related discipline.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Knowledge of Batch Metrics and/or Oracle EBS a plus.
- Knowledge of Email Software and Microsoft Office Software such as Word and Excel.
Work Environment:Job will generally be performed in the warehouse. When on the plant floor it is representative of a large, busy manufacturing operation. Noisy, active, objects on the floor, constant movement, and traffic flow of motorized equipment.
