Job Description:

**Job Summary:**

An Inventory Associate performs multiple functions (i.e. generating inventory reports, gathering and analyzing plant inventory for accuracy, etc.).

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities:**

* Organize and label bins and parts to appear neat and clean

* Operate walkie, stand-up reach, stand-up counterbalanced, and stock-picker lift trucks

* Complete Daily Operator Checklist for lift trucks used on shift

* Notify management of materials with signs of pest activity, contamination, damage, or odors

* Notify management of suspicious activity

* Maintain equipment and storage zones in clean, orderly manner, performing general housekeeping (i.e. sweeping, rinsing, squeegeeing, light scrubbing, etc.)

* Accurately record material movement via RF scanning and paper documentation

* Deliver materials to production lines and areas based on specific requirements set forth

* Maintain accurate material count

* Maintain proper supply of materials, preventing downtime due to material outage

* Clean and inspect material returned from production before returning to storage area, ensuring proper labeling and sanitation requirements are met

* All other relevant duties as assigned

**Job Requirements:**

* Follow GMPs, SOPs, Safety Requirements, etc. when in and around production areas

* Basic math skills

* Ability to work weekend

* Hardworking and responsible

* Excellent organizational skills

* Detail oriented

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Previous inventory experience preferred

**Physical/Environmental Factors:**

* Use of computer, telephone and other office equipment

* Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and perceive attributes of objects and materials

* Stand and walk on concrete majority of shift

* Frequently stoop, kneel, crawl, twist and bend

* Handle 40-60 lbs boxes, occasionally 65-85 lbs boxes

* Exposure to noise levels greater than 85 decibels

* Exposure to strong, raw meat odor
