Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Inventory Control Lead to join our team. This position involves facilitating the check-in processes for customer products being returned, reviewing and processing returned items, communicating with staff, and maintaining inventory records. The ideal candidate must have strong decision-making, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills. Additionally, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs is required. On-the-job training will be provided, and there are opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, time management, and organization skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to communicate clearly with management
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance
