We employ more than 300 people with international project experience.Position Description: The Inventory Control Operator will be responsible for inventory accuracy. They will regularly cycle count inventory, research discrepancies and work with operations to process inventory adjustments. This position must be self-driven and have excellent organizational skills. They will regularly report inventory accuracy and projects to management. This position will work in a warehouse operator position for several months to learn the products and the distribution procedures. Daily cycle counting of Socomore's inventory.Assisting in management of shelf life extensions, to ensure all inventory is to spec.Ability to audit/research inventory transactions to identify root cause for inventory discrepancies.Present and communicate inventory KPI's to management.Maintain historic records of inventory discrepancies and waste.Identifying improvements in stocking levels.Regularly collaborating with Production and Distribution.And all other duties as assigned.Key Qualifications: Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse with receiving, picking, and cycle counting.Ability to audit inventory transactions.Detail-oriented and resourceful.Ability to work independently, as well as a collaborative team member.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
