We have an ambitious vision and a complex portfolio of programs that enable Tesla's future.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ICQA role is to provide experience and expertise in performing daily cycle counts, reviewing, troubleshooting inventory transaction issues, quality inspections, and working closely with Warehouse and Material Handling to correct issues and local management, with the primary goal of verifying and improving inventory accuracy. Responsibilities Performs daily cycle counts of on-site materials providing accurate cycle count metrics to inventory control and financial leaders while meeting/exceeding cycle count objectives and KPI's each week/month Ability to maintain and reference Inventory records as neededIdentifies on-site inventory discrepancies, investigates root causes and recommends improvements to cross-functional teams for the purpose of obtaining high levels of inventory accuracy.
