HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

● Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements.

● Mark inventory, locations, and bins with identifying information.

● Update and maintain inventory records and storage database.

● Assist with receiving to ensure all items in the warehouse are appropriately received and put away.

● Identifies and optimizes common inventory issues.

● Maintain all records/logs relative to inventory.

● Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant departments.

● Identifies obsolete items in inventory.

● Ensures that inventory counts are up to date on a consistent basis, which includes auditing and providing reports to management.

● Ensure stock is in the correct location.

● Provide backup to other warehouse related functions as requested.

● Fully complies with the company's safety instructions and procedures, including timely reporting of any accidents, injuries or incidents involving physical injury or illness.

● Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean workspace.

● May assist in training new employees.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

● Associate degree in business management preferred, High School Diploma will be ccepted with at least 3 years of experience in the field.

● 2 Years of hands-on experience in inventory control

● Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, experience with corresponding Google Applications preferred but not required.

● Has effective written and verbal communication skills.

● Competency in mathematical and data entry skills.

● Exhibits the ability to work well with others and maintain organization between cross- related departments.

● Strong time management and organization skills.

● Strong attention to detail with ability to work accurately and effectively under firm deadlines.

● Familiar with warehouse management system (WMS) technology and scanner systems

● Able to safely use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

● Ability to lift 50lbs-75lbs preferred but not required (Using muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.)

● The position you will be performing requires physical activity. At times there will be considerable use of your arms and legs. Moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and the handling of materials.

● Required to stand or sit for long periods of time.

● Use of fingers to grasp, move, or assemble parts.

● Repetitive movements of fingers, hands, and feet.

● The employee is also exposed to different environments within the warehouse such as welding, crimping, machining, manufacturing, and assembling which can require different types of personal protective equipment (PPE)
