Job OverviewHoxworth Blood Center (HBC), University of Cincinnati, was founded in 1938 and serves more than 30 hospitals in 18 counties in Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana. Annually, Hoxworth collects more than 100,000 units of blood from local donors to help save the lives of patients in area hospitals. Hoxworth Blood Center: Saving Lives Close to Home. HBC is located within the College of Medicine and is the only Regional Blood Center owned and operated by a University in United States.The Hoxworth Blood Center is recruiting a full-time (100% FTE) Inventory Control Specialist in the Division of Product Management, to maintain extensive inventory and support management staff by performing administrative duties. will be trained on first shift, then assigned to work third shift on various weekdays, with rotating weekends, once training is completed.Saving lives is no easy task, but at Hoxworth Blood Center, it's what we do every day and we're looking for positive, professional individuals to join our team and help advance our lifesaving mission.
