The **Inventory Control Specialist** reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for all aspects of inventory management such as cycle counts, inventory organization, stock and restocking, receiving of product, quality checks and RMA activity.

**Core Duties:**

* Assists with all inventory audits including daily cycle counts, month-end and year-end inventory counts.

* Records purchases, physical counts, and other information in established ERP system of record.

* Responsible for the receiving and check-in process for all incoming inventory.

* Process all RMA activity in accordance with established SOPs.

* Assist with ISO9001 efforts such as maintaining calibration log, and other SOPs in support of operations team.

* Clean and maintain the warehouse. Associate will assist in all phases of housekeeping of the facility and maintain a neat, orderly and safe work area during working hours. Must leave a clean area prior to leaving work.

* Load and un-load designated freight carriers with product as needed.

* Accurately pick, pack, palletize, wrap and label orders as needed.

* Any other duties or responsibilities as needed.

**Job Requirements:**

* High School diploma with at least 1 year of solid general warehouse experience.

* Organized, attention to detail and maintain appropriate analytical skills.

* Ability to visually inspect and document defects.

* Stand / sit for long periods of time to operate rewind machines.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Experienced and proficient with excel and word programs.

* Professional team player.

* Work in a fast faced environment.

* Ability to lift 40 lbs.
