Monitor inventory levels of empty and filled kits through RealView and BAAN. Responsible to order return kits from KDP to maintain stock levels as defined by project. Upon Delivery of kits; Inspect, apply QR codes (as needed), and receive kits into system using RFID readers and POP reception and linking applications. Manage the RFID aspect of the kit process flow utilizing Realiew and BAAN. Define and monitor physical space for kit storage as needed, once approved by Warehouse Manager. As new kits need to be introduced into the process, responsible to order from suppliers, RODON/ ORBIS, or others while taking lead time into consideration, once approved by management. Support in the growth of RFID as the system continues to evolve. Oversee maintenance and operations for Automatic Wrapping stations. Assist in monitoring the various levels of the Journeyman's program for Warehouse employees. Manage the shipping schedule for Dublin plant, assigning appointments for deliveries and pickups. Assist Cycle Count team with Inventory meetings inventory counts, conciliations, Pick Issues, and/or inventory discrepancies investigations, following properly defined process and documentation Our Inventory Control Specialist will also: Be able to operate tools, equipment, or any asset necessary to safely full fill job responsibilities. Attend training coordinated by the Training Dept, HR or the company where participation is needed. Follow all HACCP and good manufacturing practices (GMP's). Perform other related duties as required by Warehouse Manager and/or leadership team. Experience required: Computer skills such as but not limited to Excel, Word, office Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization Possess basic mathematical skills, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Possess analytical skills
