  • Cycle counts.
  • Inventory reduction.
  • Obsolete inventory
  • Metrics
  • System Settings
  • Setting up and maintaining part numbers.
  • Enforcing program compliance
Essential Functions
  • Sets target & triggers for inventory parts.
  • Use computerized inventory software to record all inventory related data.
  • Analyze usage records and compares them to physical inventory per shop and overall.
  • Keep track of all products and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate listing of active parts in inventory software
  • Communicate with shops to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee return process for shops on defective/obsolete items
  • Prepare monthly metrics showing:
    • Trends on inventory with detailed explanation
    • Recommendations to resolve inventory issues
    • Track results based on recommendations
  • Takes complete ownership of the inventory process.
Qualifications Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excel experience
  • Work experience in retail and/or inventory control is preferred
  • Demonstrates proficiency in inventory software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Pays close attention to detail
