Overview
The Inventory Control Specialist provides support to the Management Team by controlling the inventory process on a daily basis and in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities
Maintains an accurate count of all ingredients as well as finished goods.Responsible for making sure the delivery process was performed correctly by managing WMS.Manage and perform cycle counts weekly in order to maintain inventory levels.Schedule all incoming freight in an attempt to control the flow of all freight entering the Distribution Center.Ability to communicate problems or issues that are occurring on the production floor or the warehouse area to their Crew Leader or Supervisor.Ability to work and communicate with other departments on production issues or concerns.Follows attendance policy. Observes department call-in procedures. Exhibits timely arrival and departure and dependable time habits including meal and other breaks.Maintains a positive attitude and gets along well with coworkers.Exhibits teamwork and willingness to help others.Follows dress code and maintains a professional appearance.Can be relied upon to complete assigned tasks.Complies with established Departmental and Organizational policies and procedures.Works within a team environment to meet/exceed established production standards.As need dictates, both assigned shift, work location, and work schedule may be changed by management with or without prior notice.- May have to work weekends and holidays.
- May have to work over 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Ability to count and record accurately
- Minimum 2 years of experience in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) as well as RF (Radio Frequency) preferred
- Ability to type 30 wpm
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate computer knowledge at minimum
- Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
- 1 year inventory experience as a cycle counter or higher
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Good customer service skills
