Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management department supporting the operational efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and problem-solving capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Inventory Control Specialist

**Location:** Westside of Jacksonville, FL - 32219

**Pay Range:** $52,000 - $60,000

**What's the Job?**

+ Oversee and control incoming spare parts and MRO items using SAP, WMS, and Excel systems.

+ Manage the PMC spare parts room, including spare parts, MRO items, and non-scannable raw materials.

+ Coordinate with other departments regarding materials received, in transit, or pending orders.

+ Prepare and send weekly reports to HQ, including spare parts inventory report and PPE inventory report.

+ Approve Order Acknowledgments related to the purchase or replacement of spare parts/MRO materials.

**What's Needed?**

+ Proficiency in SAP, WMS, and Excel for inventory management and reporting.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Effective communication and coordination skills to interact with multiple departments.

+ Ability to prepare accurate and timely reports for senior management.

+ 2+ years of experience in spare parts or MRO inventory management.
