We want to leverage your skills and years of experience to drive positive results while ensuring a bright future for yourself and GXO.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Oversee and maintain the Parts Shop processes and proceduresMaintain inventory records and reconcile discrepanciesProcess and monitor purchase order requests for the facility, ensuring that min-max inventory levels are maintainedMaintain expenses and monthly expense reportsEstablish, maintain and promote exceptional customer serviceIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiativesTrain, motivate and lead others and provide positive developmental opportunitiesFacilitate conflict resolution and enforce company policies and proceduresWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:2 years of related experienceExperience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipmentAvailability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsIt'd be great if you also have:Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics or a related fieldMaterial purchasing experienceSolid customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues2 years of leadership experienceBilingual English/SpanishWarehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experienceThis job requires the ability to:Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, employees and managementSolid attention to detail and desire to complete work with a high degree of accuracyUnderstand and work with multiple computer programs to execute day-to-day activitiesLift objects of various shapes, sizes and weightsStand, sit or walk for extended periods of timeReach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneelHandle or manage tools or equipmentTolerate hot or cold warehouse environmentsWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
