Division Information Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquartered in McKinney, TX. a suburb of Dallas. Dynacraft is a diversified global manufacturer of PACCAR medium- and heavy-duty truck parts sold under Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF nameplates. For fifty years Dynacraft has provided the company's truck divisions and PACCAR Parts division with high quality components, subassemblies, and specialized services. Dynacraft has production facilities in Louisville, KY, and McKinney, TX.
Requisition Summary This position will be responsible for assuring that all Dynacraft standards are maintained throughout all operations. Team Leads are tasked with upholding and encouraging PACCAR and Dynacraft values and mission and assuring that all Dynacraft standards are maintained throughout all operations. These include but are not limited to Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Process and Procedural standards.
Job Functions / Responsibilities - Assist the Supervisors in managing the daily ICT activities for both Dynacraft and the Dynacraft MSS facilities.
- Assist the Supervisors in logistically managing the deployment of ICT personal between Dynacraft and the Dynacraft MSS Facilities.
- Successful candidates should be able to resolve daily SAP report issues and act as point of contact for identification and resolution of area data process errors.
- Be able to recommend process and/or system changes to enhance safety/productivity/quality and inventory accuracy.
- Work with Supervisors and plant personnel to improve system knowledge base.
- Communicate with other departments on audit schedules.
- Assist in employee training in interfacing with SAP.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Skills - Candidates must be able to operate independently with little guidance while being a positive contributor to a team environment.
- Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a working knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management.
- Candidates will lead by example and have a proven record of excellence in attendance, dependability, and safety.
- Candidate must be self-motivated, well organized, flexible, and able to handle the pressure of a high-volume operation.
- Computer literacy is required with a familiarity with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Qualified candidates must have a minimum of two years manufacturing and/or distribution experience.
- Candidate must be able to operate all powered equipment related to ICT functions.
- Candidate must be able and willing to travel to Dynacraft MSS Facilities.
- Candidate must be able to operate within a non-climate-controlled facility.
- Candidate bust be able to lift 35lbs.
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with SAP/RF/Operations preferred.
Education High School Diploma or GED Associate's degree preferred but not required.
