Job Title: Inventory Control Technician
Job Description
We are seeking two Inventory Control Technicians to support a site-wide project. This position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or an Associate's Degree, along with 2+ years of relevant experience in tracking part inventory and documenting tools and equipment. Candidates must have strong computer documentation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel). The ability to take pictures of test tools and lab equipment and upload all information into the company database is essential. Candidates with a technical understanding of lab equipment and test tools are highly desired. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial as you will interface with all of the labs to track inventory of tools and equipment used for product testing.
Responsibilities
* Track and record all inventory in 25+ test labs.
* Document and take pictures of 40K pieces of equipment and test tools.
* Log equipment details into a company spreadsheet/database.
* Interface with all Engineering labs to create records of equipment location and ownership.
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all tools and equipment.
Essential Skills
* High School Diploma or Associate's Degree.
* 2+ years of experience in inventory control and documentation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
* Ability to take and upload pictures of equipment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently.
Work Environment
This is a 6-12 month contract role. The work involves tracking and documenting a large volume of equipment across numerous labs. Candidates will work together to ensure all equipment is accurately logged into the company database. The interview process consists of a single round during the week of Dec 2 and successful candidates will start the first week of January 2025.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
