- Provide information to Management regarding stock delays or shortages
- Schedule pickups and deliveries daily
- Maintain sufficient Inventory of raw materials and packaging materials at both facilities in conjunction with the buyer
- Ensure adequate number and condition of trailers and trucks at each facility
- Ensure receiving and dispatch areas are adequately manned and all tasks performed as required
- Enter customer PO's on open order report
- Prepare BOL's, packing slips and pallet labels
- Receipting of stock into database
- Daily stocktakes for all raw materials, finished product, packaging and PPE
- Assist with daily invoicing as required
The essential functions of this role include:
