About the Role: The
Inventory Control Coordinator will monitor inventory systems and maintain balance by investigating and correcting any inventory discrepancies. Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile ledgers to correct found discrepancies. Coordinate incoming materials to designated locations, move products into appropriate areas for processing, fill shortages as required and, processes/ validates computer and SAP transactions.
- Daily tracking of rework consumption and report out in the Daily Direction setting meeting.
- Updates inventory counts and maintain inventory records to share with management and company stakeholders.
- Accurately maintains computer records of all goods received and shipments made daily.
- Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.
- Research accuracy of product details from different processes.
- Conducts frequent partial physical inventory audits.
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
About You: You'll fit right in if you have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an inventory role/ capacity (3 years preferred).
- Minimum of one (1) year operating Windows and associated Microsoft Office
applications, including MS Word, Excel (Moderate knowledge required), PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SAP experience preferable.
