As the Inventory Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining inventory control of all stock items on site levels to ensure that the perpetual inventory is consistently accurate, identify and correct errors, shrink, quality, and stock rotation opportunities and store inventory in designated areas as assigned Essential Job Functions

  • Be a role model in projecting and applying ONX HOMES LLC Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence, Safety and Teamwork) and always promote Safety & teamwork.
  • Maintain inventory control, perform morning inventory adjustment duties including review of the previous day receiving, review negative quantity reports, physical inventory and adjust where necessary.
  • Maintain and ensure inventory control process is followed; analyze inventory discrepancies for root cause and develop a corrective action plan.
  • Identify, report, and assist in the deployment of opportunities for improvement within our procurement operations.
  • Attend morning inventory meeting; prepare and distribute daily fresh inventory sheet with Procurement team.
  • Ensure product quality standards are met, and inventories are correctly rotated.
  • Assist with maintaining records for QA logs and conduct or assist with morning QC/Push List.
  • Work directly with warehouse Manager and Procurement team on rotation issues.
  • Assist in all Receiving and Stocking duties.
  • Work directly with receiving quality audits of inbound products.
  • Perform regular cycle counts.
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases; prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Manage Bill of Ladings and proof of delivery related to vendor returns and product transfers.
  • Verify purchase orders and receiving match accompanying paperwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • and handle new inquiries that come up.
Required Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2+ years of related inventory experience is required. (Does not have to be construction specific)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills are essential.
  • Forklift Equipment Certification is a plus

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift heavy loads, work in awkward spaces safely and stand for long hours. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
