Role & Responsibilities: The Inventory Coordinator I is responsible for ensuring inventories are maintained and can support planned production and shipping operations to meet customer requirements. The Inventory Coordinator will report to the Warehouse Management Team.

Basic duties that will be performed:

  • Perform cycle counts in a perpetual inventory environment.

  • Analyze, reconcile, and process all inventory discrepancies/adjustments from cycle counts.

  • Reviews upcoming requirements to ensure supplies are available to support production.

  • Maintains inventory accuracy by making data entries in accordance with established procedures.

  • Participate in customer and year-end inventory audits.

  • Provide backup for other inventory control personnel as needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Physical Demands:

  • Majority of time spent in a Cooler and Warehouse environment. Ability to operate standard office equipment (phone, fax, computer) as well as bend, reach and lift is required. Must be capable of driving a fork truck to move materials as needed. Must be able to operate scissor lifts and/or cherry picker lifts. Must be able to see, hear, sit, stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 55lbs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/ GED and a minimum of one-year inventory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

  • Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Attention to Detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office

  • Familiarity with RFD Scanning equipment

  • Forklift experience preferred.

Pay: $19.78 -$24.73 per hour*

Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position's qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
