Position Summary: The inventory Coordinator executes goals and objectives set by the Operations Manager to ensure outstanding service to our customers, both internal and external. The position requires excellent organizational, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills to meet challenging customer demands and deadlines in a high-volume fast-paced business environment. Specific duties include responsibility for the fulfillment of surgery requirements in a medical environment.
Essential Skills and Responsibilities
- 100% accurate of all office inventories. This includes implant totes, instruments, and loose inventory.
- Maintain implant expiration for all office inventories daily.
- Maintain office tote integrity. Making sure all office totes are filled to maximum capacity for sourcing surgeries.
- Responsible for daily cycle count of all office instruments and implant totes
- Maintain, create, and rebuild office totes as needed.
- Maintain restock shelf and loose implants. This requires returning all loose inventories that aren't needed to fill office totes.
- Run stock on loan report. Send a report to the sales team to return stock on loan implants.
- Problem-solving skills: Solve and/or anticipate issues as they arise.
- Communication Skills: Efficient and effective oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization; build and maintain strong relationships with peers.
- Quality: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; Apply feedback to improve performance; Monitor your own work to ensure quality
- Organizational Skills: Track multiple orders, people, and many moving pieces.
- Detail Oriented: Keep accurate inventory counts.

- Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office and ability to learn inventory tracking software.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to foster a positive and productive environment.
- Driving inventory to hospitals and surgery centers as needed.
- Physical lifting of inventory, up to 45 lbs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
