Job Description:
The Inventory Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the stock of promotional items, print materials, and kits ensuring that team members can easily order and receive the items they need. The role will be responsible for coordinating with print shop staff, monitoring inventory levels, SKU catalog management, and providing product details for new items. Additionally, this role will research new swag items, request quotes for procurement, and contribute to the overall efficiency of promotional item management process. Required Skills & ExperienceBachelors or Associates degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management or related field. Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using inventory management software and systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of print production processes is a plus. Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and generate insights. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Healthcare field and hospital marketing experience preferred, not mandatory Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
