We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Inventory Control Clerk to join our 2nd shift team, specializing in daily cycle counts. This is your chance to make a real impact on our operations and ensure we maintain optimal inventory levels.What You'll Do:Conduct daily cycle counts of designated inventory items, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Reconcile counts with system records, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.Document all counting activities and adjustments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in our system.Research and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.Follow all safety regulations and company protocols.Perform other duties as assigned.What You Bring:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control or a related field (retail, warehouse, etc.).Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills .Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical Demands:Able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.Must be able to stand for long periods of time.Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds on a regular basis.Must be able to climb a stepladder.Bonus Points:Experience with cycle counting procedures.Familiarity with inventory management software.Additional Benefits:• 100% Company Paid Medical Insurance Premiums• Dental and Vision Insurance• Company funded HSA or HRA Accounts• Employer paid basic life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance• 401k Company MatchPhysical Demands (U.S. only)The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
