  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular auditing of storage and work locations throughout the facility.
  • Perform regular physical inventory counts.
  • Ensure all cycle counts are scheduled, and counting is completed timely, accurately, and in compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
  • Monitor space layout plan to ensure all space is used efficiently.
  • Continuously check inventory locations to ensure stock levels are sufficient for the fulfillment of all customer orders at any given time. This may include physically replenishing storage/pick locations to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Generate and break down inventory reports, identifying any trends that may require attention and making adjustments based on report identifiers, i.e. relocating high volume stock to more efficient pick locations for better accessibility.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other areas and departments consistently throughout the shift to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify issues and make recommendations to improve or eliminate said issues to the reporting manager.
  • Operate an order picker, turret truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain/exceed all inventory accuracy goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years warehouse inventory experience.
  • Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and Vlookup
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & OTHER ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • Proficiency in operating order pickers, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Take detailed notes and be accurate and quick with counts.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
  • Warehouse Environmental Conditions - Moderate noise level in the work environment, work environment is indoors, warehouse temperatures may vary depending on outside temperatures.
  • Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a computer.
  • Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Standing: Must be able to stand for shift duration.
  • Walking: Must be able to walk without assistance to perform job duties.
  • Mobility: Must be able to be mobile to operate warehouse machinery.
  • Stooping, Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel for short periods of time.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe hourly rate for this position is $19 per hour. Beyond hourly pay, you will be eligible for health and welfare benefits (including free options for Team Member only coverage), comprehensive time off programs, including vacation and sick leave, and other perks.
