Position Summary:
The Bulgari Inventory & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for the management of incoming and outgoing shipments and on-site spare parts inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist in daily reception of stock and fulfillment of orders, for internal and external workshops, with lead-time awareness.
- Supervise and assist in daily packaging and shipping operations.
- Manage daily invoicing of part orders to external network.
- Manage and solve spare part claims.
- Run inventory reports to monitor activity. In partnership with Demand Planner, propose ways to align stock levels.
- Conduct fiscal inventory and cycle count inventories as required.
- Maintain accuracy of inventory of repairs in the AFSS & DOS network
- Ensure shipping presentation maintains all brand standards and safety requirements.
- Manage all courier partner relationships, including Temporary of Importation bonded (TIB).
- Maintain shipping cost and volume reporting, monitor and flag trends and forecasts. Analyze shipping lead times by segment.
- Identify and implement solutions to reduce time, costs, and safe delivery of materials, while increasing trade-compliance processes.
- Define logistics flows that are in line with custom & corporate compliance rules
- Ensure accurate tracking and delivery of shipments. Follow logistics claims where required.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with freight forwarders, truckers, and ALC to ensure incoming shipments are processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure ordering and stocking of new spare parts, merchandise and tools based on workshop needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in supply chain, inventory and logistics preferred
- Must be organized and have good attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work with a team in a high-volume environment
- Must have excellent customer service and follow-up skills
- Must be able to work autonomously while working towards the common goal of the team
- Experience with XL and SAP, a plus but not required
- Fluency in English and Spanish required. French, Italian or Portuguese is a plus.
