Spherion is recruiting for an Inventory Management Coordinator for a nationwide Youth Mentoring Program based out of Vermont! You will support the operations of the organization, ensuring that program participant gear is packed, received and tracked and that runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll provide essential administrative support to our team, assisting with scheduling, communication, and organizing of program activities. This is a permanent, full-time position working in Richmond.Responsibilities:-Facilitate and support program registration-Manage inventory, shipments, and shipping calendar-Forecast and order program materialsWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMSkills:-Previous experience interacting within a youth program is helpful.-A college degree is preferred.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-The ability to work independently and anticipate upcoming program needs.-A professional and confident customer service focused personality will help you be successful in this role.-Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, experience is needed. -Previous work in an office setting is ideal.Apply today!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
