Job Title: Inventory Management RepresentativeShift:Part time hours between 8:00am-5:00pm day shiftLocation: Knoxville, TNPay: $18-$20/hr.The Inventory Management Representative role will be responsible for maintaining customer relations and support customer operations and initiatives through VMI systems management, and on-site customer services and operations.Why Würth:Health, Dental and Vision Benefits for full-time employees & their families!Paid Time off- start accruing on day one!Paid Holidays401(K) with Company MarchCompany paid Long-term Disability, Life Insurance & AD&DVoluntary Program offerings.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBIITES:Maintain a clean and high-quality environment for inventory programs and technical service operations.Prepare, deliver (via company - owned vehicle), and restock customer orders for lab locations and on-site vending and bin management systems.Perform final inspections on Lac Mac (also referred to as Level 5 Hot Oil Suits) according to manufacturer guidelines and specifications to ensure garment is in proper working condition and fit for service to provide needed protection.Issue Garments as needed, and process transactions associated with the garment issue.Maintain on-site rental equipment and maintenance records.Enter service orders and prepare rental equipment for issue and use.Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air monitoring (portable gas detection) equipment.Ensure all rental equipment is inspected and calibrated at a minimum of once a month and that calibration records are maintained and logged.Service or repair monitors as needed which includes but is not limited to:TroubleshootingReplacing or repairing malfunctioning parts on instruments or accessories.Prepare final inspection records, ensuring the monitor is in proper working condition and compliant with all regulations and manufacturer recommendations.Seek additional product responsibilities and support on-site sales and operations functions.Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints or concerns.Build customer relationships at existing and future programs.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 years or more related experience.Intermediate level Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience with RF Scanner and inventory management software, and/or ability to learn new software quickly.Knowledge of MRO/Safety Products and Instrumentation desired.Forklift certification or have the capability to be certified.Direct customer interaction and problem-solving experience is a plus. Must be detail oriented.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
