Generate a variety of Cognos reports for Material Management. Collaborate with cross-functional team members and readily volunteer to assist in completing team tasks. Manage quarterly spares audits within defined schedules. Communicate with the Harris Field Services Group (FSG) to manage parts/equipment issues and discrepancies. Ship equipment utilizing Harris Parts Inventory Tracking System (PITS) software and Shipment Handling and Integration Process (SHIP) tool to support customer requirements. Manage scheduled M - Rs to ensure timely delivery of material to technicians in the field. Manage RM - As to support proper material utilization and cost reduction strategies. May be required to support operations during off-hours and overtime. Prepares and maintains records of products shipped and tracks shipments.
