DescriptionIf you are a self-starter with strong attention to detail and an analytical mind that doesn't require micro-management, then this role is for you! The ability to stay organized is key!Responsibilities will include daily inventory management across all warehouses within our network. Ensuring that inventory levels are maintained at or below budget by warehouse location. Maximizing inventory productivity and turns through stock balancing via intercompany transfers. Improving inventory efficiency through the use of space planning and obsolescence monitoring. Reducing fulfillment and packaging costs with regular vendor pricing reviews and proper new item designations.As a member of our team, you will have the freedom & flexibility to take the reins on this position and run with it. Your position will be integral to the continued growth of our business & reputation.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESForecast Management
  • Maintains inventory dollars below budgeted expectations.
  • Takes part in PO Approval Process ensuring PO's are not placed if they pose capacity concerns or exceed total inventory dollar budget.
Space Planning
  • Responsible for all space planning ensuring that warehouses don't exceed full capacity.
  • Monitors storage planning for all classes of product.
  • Ensures that HAZMAT product is properly stored per OSHA guidelines.
  • Temperature regulated products are stored appropriately.
  • Tracks and monitors all expiry products and takes action on non-sellable products.
  • Classifies all products according to size requirements and plans according to warehouse capacity for standard, oversize, and freight products.
Inventory Management
  • Coordinates all intercompany transfers to ensure stock levels are maintained at all warehouses without purchasing additional products that exceed the demand plan.
  • Creates action plans to reduce and eliminate all end-of-life and obsolete inventory.
  • Builds fulfillment plan and costing for all products.
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar discipline preferred.
  • ERP experience (Sellercloud preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent understanding of financial modeling and forecasting methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to work with ambiguity in a dynamic business setting.
  • A proven track record for hitting deadlines and working well under pressure.

PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
