***What you will do***

We are seeking a energetic and proactive ***Inventory Manager*** to join our growing and dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be driven, innovative, compassionate, believe in the goodness of people and cannabis, and enjoys the one team, one dream motto! The Inventory Manager will provide support to the Compliance and Legal Team, by working on tasks related to inventory counts, audits, maintaining accurate inventory records, and leading inventory management efforts at the assigned facility. This position requires a team member with leadership experience in inventory management, auditing, or product fulfillment. This position reports directly to the Director of Compliance and Inventory Management.

***Highlighted Responsibilities***

* Understand and follow all state inventory control regulations.

* Perform inventory counts, reconciliation, and miscellaneous analysis as needed.

* Utilize systems to maintain records and inventory reports including seed to sale system.

* Prepare inventory spreadsheets and reports for submission to Director of Compliance and Inventory Management as needed.

* Work closely with members of cultivation and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate record keeping of plant material.

* Provide support to security transport team in preparation of transport manifests and deliveries.

* Work collaboratively with team members from other departments.

* Ability to be to be a highly organized, focused, collaborative leader.

* Provide leadership and direction to a team of one or more Inventory Specialist(s).

* Review and accept wholesale orders via the state approved system.

* Coordinate the picking and preparation of wholesale orders for shipment.

* Prepare documentation for wholesale orders as needed.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

***Qualifications***

***Required***

* 2 years minimum employment experience in role with responsibility for inventory management, supply chain management, inventory auditing or similar role.

* Ability to follow standard operating procedures and policies

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software products.

* Ability to collect, research, and analyze data with a high degree of focus and attention to detail.

* Ability to plan and prioritize work activity, set and meet goals, and manage workload effectively.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Physical requirements of the job include: The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces. Ability to lift/move up to 30lbs if necessary. The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly.

* High School Diploma.

* 21 years of age or older.

***Preferred***

* Experience in an inventory management or operations leadership role in the cannabis industry or in a process-oriented warehouse or fulfillment center operation in a highly regulated industry.

* Experience managing and supervising staff members, assigning and tracking work tasks, and delivering performance feedback.

* Familiarity with industry inventory systems, such as BioTrack, Leaf Logix, MJ Freeway, METRC, Leafly, Dutchie, etc.

* Experience with general inspection instruments (ie calipers, micrometer, scales, etc).

* 2-year Vocational or Technical degree, preferably in business, accounting, supply chain management, logistics, or other related field.
