By joining us as a 'Warehouse & Inventory Lead' you will have the chance to be part of a dedicated team who are responsible for the safe internal movement and allocation of medication within three sites (Burton, Featherstone and Bolton)
This is a full-time position working 40hrs per week, Monday - Saturday on a rotational shift basis.
A typical shift will see you motivating and engaging a small team of warehouse staff to achieve their functional KPIs, managing any non-conformance or near misses, whilst maintaining the D365 Fin Ops system.
Working cross functionally with our dispensary and logistic functions you will be responsible for ensuring all stock is accounted for and stock loss is kept to a minimum, whist proactively seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement.

What is required?
Alongside being motivated with strong people management skills, to be successful in this role you will need a flexible approach to working and have a good understanding of warehouse, inventory and GDP processes.
Experience of working with D365 would be an advantage or a proven ability to learn new systems demonstrated during the screening stage.
It is essential that you hold a valid, manual UK drivers' licence for this position and are willing to complete a DBS check.
