The Inventory/Parts Coordinator is responsible to organize and maintain appropriate levels of spare parts in the warehouse and in service vans to support service operations for the Life Science Solutions Diversified Laboratory Repair (DLR) team.
This individual works with limited supervision and is expected to solve routine operational problems without guidance, referring unusual problems to supervisor. The work is performed under the general direction of the Customer Service Manager.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as onsite in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
What you will do:
Organize and maintain stocked parts.
Maintain minimum levels of said replacement parts.
Develop and improve inventory systems.
Receive and stock orders, as necessary.
Assist with pulling required parts for jobs, as necessary.
Update and maintain software with correct quantity levels.
Create and maintain service van inventory parts and levels.
Organize the warehouse – plan for warehouse improvements and organization.
Complete paperwork and maintain/update all notes.
Prepare and place purchase orders for orders with approved vendors.
Source parts from various vendors.
Coordinate with office staff on deliveries and scheduling.
Maintains safe work environment by following standards and procedures.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $45,000 - $58,000
