**Inventory and Process Control Specialist**
**Job Summary:**
Oversees storing, receiving and distributing processes of G&D's products and supplies.
**Primary Duties:**
* Controls the flow of supplies and equipment
* Tracks and analyzes inventory maintenance.
* Develops protocols for loss mitigation.
* Evaluates receiving/inbounding/shipping processes and works to improve efficiency.
* Stays up to date with industry trends. Updates inventory as needed.
* Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures
* Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
* Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management
**Preferred Qualifications/Skills:**
* Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience with inventory management practices and processes
* Knowledgeable in Process Flow
* Proficient with computers
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Organizational and logistics skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive critical thinker with demonstrated problem solving and data analysis skills
* Interpersonal ability
* Ability to work within a team; team orientated
