ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Responsible for managing approximately $50M in Finished Goods inventory for Rockline. Understand discrepancies in finished goods inventory and work with Sales/Supply Planning to implement corrections * Develop new tools and processes to improve inventory, replenishment, and supply chain processes * Superuser activities for Logility and JDE in replenishment and inventory management * Flag out of sync supply and demand situations to reduce Excess, Aged and Obsolete Inventory * Inventory level settings and new item set ups * Oversee processes for Replenishment Coordinator and Supply Chain Service Analysts * Manage the physical and informational flow of inventory being cross docked through the ports to ensure accurate and efficient receiving at the Plants * Oversee the Co-Packing scheduling process of FG displays at branch RT * Clean up any transfer order discrepancies to keep Rockline's balance sheet accurate * Reduce Backorder Situations to directly improve service to the customer * Lead the new business unit teams when new JDE branch plants are created * Training and education of JDE and Logility processes related to inventory and replenishment across the entire Rockline organization. * Establish new projects, fulfill data requests and prioritize projects for the department. * Manage Supply Chain internship program. * Demonstrate commitment to Rockline/Iatric's RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence * Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner * Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate's essential accountabilities. * Contribute to a cooperative working effort by demonstrating a willingness to perform other job-related work, as needed, or requested
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience in distribution, planning, or supply chain required * Strong knowledge of JDE or other ERP systems in manufacturing environments required * Strong critical thinking skills * Strong understanding of supply planning to balance changeovers and overall throughput * Strong MS Excel skills that include but are not limited to: building formulas, creating dynamic reports, managing large data sets with functions and task automation using macros. * Strong analytical capability to determine true root causes. * Effective communication skills to work with others in a matrix organization. * Previous leadership experience * Continuous improvement and Six Sigma experience preferred * Microsoft Office proficient
