**About the Role**

* Ensure all inventory is received and put away each morning

+ Assist in putting away daily orders

+ Receive drop ship and direct buy orders throughout the day

+ Assist technicians pull OOS products for filling

* Ensure inventory is well organized and labeled on shelves

* Assist in organizing and maintaining full PARATA inventory

* Analyze inventory reports on a daily basis to draw insights on actions that need to be taken

* Suggest new reporting that might required network wide to better manage current processes

* Ability to explain insights and pain points to Senior Managers and the PIC and make recommendations using data and facts

* Complete daily cycle counts

* Return expired drugs monthly

* Return stale inventory/overstock not moving on a regular basis

* Ensure accurate record keeping of all invoices and prescriptions

+ File on a monthly basis

* Coordinate record storage with vendor

* Assist in organizing and maintaining ancillary products

* Order and maintain stock of fulfillment technician supplies

+ Vials and caps

+ Labels for manual filling and PARATA

+ Receipt roll paper for pick slips

+ Thermal transfer rolls for pick slips

+ Stoppers for liquid vials

+ Plastic bags for ancillaries

+ iPledge stickers

+ Follistim pens from Merck

+ Order supplies for Henry filling machine

* Assist in helping to maintain a clean inventory area (break down cardboard boxes)

* Step into production and assist in filling or packing as need arises

* Assist in single use dose packing machine builds as need arises.

* Partner with the central ops, procurement and product teams on building/improving current network wide inventory processes.

* Investigate and submit report for loss or missing medications

**Requirements:**

Minimum Qualifications:

* Active pharmacy technician license in the state where you are working

* Ability to work with minimal supervision or instruction

* Experience using MS Excel, Google sheets or similar spreadsheet software

* Previous experience working with pharmacy inventory i.e returns, cycle counts etc

* Ability to multitask, and know how to prioritize in a constantly changin g environment

* Communicates clearly and effectively with multiple levels of leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

* Past experience as an inventory specialist in a fast paced Pharmacy environment

**Additional Physical Job Requirements**:

Job inside a pharmacy:

* Exposed to a normal office environment.

* Lift, carry, reach, and /or push/pull various items (bags, boxes, carts, etc.) while using proper technique up to 35 lbs.

* Standing, walking, bending, and sitting depending on the needs of the pharmacy operation.

* Operate all equipment necessary to do the job.

* Read English, comprehend, and follow simple oral and written instructions.

* See details of objects that are less than a few feet away including differences between colors, shades, and brightness.

* Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.

* Use one or two hands and/ or fingers to grasp, move, or assemble objects.

* Repeat the same movements.
