Job Description:
The Inventory Specialist is an experienced Sr Inventory Coordinator who is responsible for accurate data with boats, motors, and trailers in our software system.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review Inventory Coordinator data entry daily for orders
  • Review all correspondence sent to Inventory email groups to ensure answered
  • Maintain duplicate stock report
  • Organize and mail MSOs
  • Ensure two months of orders are built at all times
  • Weekly Lightspeed and CRM Audits
  • Assist with Wells Fargo floorchecks
  • Assist with Month End; Apply AR, Zero Check AP
  • Wells Fargo monthly recon with P&L for all locations
  • Reconcile Wells Fargo to Lightspeed weekly
  • Assist Inventory Coordinators with data entry if needed
  • Be available for questions from team members
  • Maintain an orderly, clean, & professional work area
  • Organizes all work with Inventory Manager and/or Director of Inventory.

Qualifications & Expectations
  • Administrative, computer knowledge
  • 2 years' experience as Inventory Coordinator
  • Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the world environment
  • Proves reliability and discipline
  • Promotes teamwork
  • Supports and works with other team members, departments, and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery, and servicing of the boat
  • Customer satisfaction, internal and external
  • Positive interaction with all team members
