Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week The job is Shipping/Receiving, kitting and inventory. Direct Hire - They use Misys Software Manufacturing Inventory Specialist-Woburn, MA Stockroom and Inventory Management: · Creating manufacturing orders and kitting assemblies to meet production schedules. · Carefully and accurately receiving all incoming material into ERP system. · Packing and processing all domestic and international shipments via UPS, Federal Express, DHL, etc. · Data entry of all transactions. · Maintaining shipping records. · Maintaining a clean, organized, and accurate stockroom area. · Administering cycle count program. · Monitoring inventory levels of packaging supplies and ordering as required. · Alert management of out of stock or low stock levels as discovered. · Must be able to work overtime on occasion involving critical shipments on shot notice and as scheduled by management. · Other duties as required or directed. Receiving · Receive material and enter into MRP System · Follow QA instructions to visually inspect incoming materials. · Work with purchasing to resolve received discrepancies. · Deliver parts to Engineering and R&D as required. · Receive RMA's and process for immediate evaluation and quick turnaround. Shipping · International and Domestic paperwork preparation daily. · Fulfill sale orders using MRP software ( Quick Books use a plus) · Ship finished products daily via UPS or FED EX or other carriers as specified · Maintain all shipping and packaging supplies. · Schedule carrier pickups as needed. General · Maintain supplies of production consumables. · Work with other departments as needed · Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean warehouse operation. · Practice FIFO whenever possible · Follow all company SOP's Essential Skills and Qualifications · High school diploma · 4-5 years' experience · Intermediate computer skills MS Word, Excel experience · International shipping/logistics experience · MRP system experience, Misys / Quick books a plus · Logical and organized work habits · Highly reliable and able to work independently · Ability and willingness to learn new systems · Flexible and multitasking capability · Proactive and solutions driven · Ability to lift 50 pounds · Ability to work well with others as part of a team Benefits:
