About the roleThe Inventory Associate position is responsible for picking and packing orders for delivery. Monitoring and managing shipments, signing off on them, and unloading from trucks. Performing inventory cycle counts, assessing the quality of merchandise, and maintaining theft protection. Inventory Associate needs excellent organization, counting skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving. Learn the ins and outs of Business Central and assist the Inventory Specialist with Bio Track and Leaf Trade if needed. If all tasks are completed with inventory, help the production team for the remainder of the shift.Inventory Responsibilities
  • Perform product inspection for defects, batch numbers, correct labeling
  • Picking and packing accurate orders for outgoing deliveries within compliance laws
  • Labeling every unit in the orders with the dispensary label and delegating help from production when needed for this task
  • Assist in loading the delivery van with orders with Secure Transport
  • Perform daily and weekly audits and cycle counts of the finished product
  • Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
  • Be proactive in advising key stakeholders of any inventory concerns.
  • Double-check paperwork for new finished goods before going into the vault and into the system to avoid audit discrepancies
  • Restock and organize the vault of finished goods daily. Keep this area extremely clean and tidy
  • If there's downtime with any inventory tasks, please help the production team with packaging to stay proactive

Candidate QualificationsSkills
  • Knowledge of inventory and Q/C Q/A operation and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ability to perform calculations.
  • Ability to work within established warehouse procedures and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Full understanding of the state compliance.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting to solve problems positively across departments and interact professionally as a team player with all levels of contacts, internal and external.
  • Ability to learn and manage ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding of the Leaf Trade platform.
  • Basic understanding of Bio Track
  • Excellent attendance record required.
Experience
  • Minimum of High School Diploma/GED with work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Inventory Associate.
  • Preferred experience in ERP System management.
  • Preferred 1 year experience in a manufacturing facility of a pharmaceutical or Medical Marijuana facility, Medical Device, or Allied Health Science.
  • Leaf Trade platform knowledge is a bonus, but not necessary.
Educational Background / Certificates
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Additional Qualifications
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
  • Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or state officials.
  • Employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of the criminal background check for cannabis badging.
  • Valid State-issued ID

CompensationBase Range
  • $16.00/hour
Bonus Potential
  • Up to 10% of total (Prorated) salary based on KPI performance
