We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team at a leading manufacturer of hinges, latches, and fasteners. In this role, you will manage and update inventory quantities using ERP systems, perform regular stock audits, and collaborate with the procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Navision Application software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.   • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in ERP systems, ensuring real-time updates on stock quantities.
  • Perform regular inventory audits to reconcile physical counts with system records.
  • Process inventory adjustments, returns, and discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to manage incoming materials and ensure correct stock levels.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimizing stock levels.
