Job Description:
- Data Center Operations Analyst Client Spares Readiness team (part of Data Center Central Operations) is seeking Ops Analyst to support their data accuracy efforts for the following workstreams: ● Spare Parts Data Governance ● New Zone Turnup ● NPI Spares Creation ● Project-based spares collection and GPN creation (C2) ● Spares Data Accuracy/PIR (Purchase Issue Record) Resolution ● Inventory Accuracy ● Punchout Supplier Onboarding and Ongoing Support ● Data Center Bug SLO (Service Level Objective) program and Fix-the-Risks project support Responsibilities: ● The team should be able to provide direct account leadership, including weekly internal syncs and a monthly metrics report: ○ Weekly PIR (purchase issue record bugs to resolve first-level vendor technical questions within the procurement process) syncs to be internal ○ Weekly New Zone syncs to be internal ○ Weekly Project based syncs to be internal ○ Weekly high-level metrics report for stakeholders via email and live MBR during second week of the following month ○ Single point escalation process
