Job Description:
Inventory Specialist Overview: WEI is a service and solution technology provider that focuses on building quality relationships with its clients. From server and networking configurations, imaging, inventory management, through on-site implementation, our Operations Team is committed to providing unwavering support throughout the project. WEI has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Specialist to join our Operations Department. The Inventory Specialist supports the team and our customers by accurately managing our extensive inventory across multiple facilities. Responsibilities :
  • Manage and process inbound freight flow by verifying units received, unpacking and processing merchandise to various inventory locations.
  • Scan and move materials physically and systematically.
  • Use Purchase orders listed on shipment to receive into inventory properly.
  • Completing and following up on proper paperwork for incoming orders
  • Generate appropriate inventory documents.
  • Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting)
  • Updating database with incoming and outgoing products
  • Use Material Handling equipment.
  • Other Warehouse Operations work as assigned by supervisor or Manager.
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience interacting with cross functional team including engineering, integration, imaging, quality, materials, logistics, sales.
  • Finds technology and innovation intriguing and likes to have fun while approaching your work with passion and enthusiasm.
  • Team player with the ability to work with others and solve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong ability to work independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, able to influence others and help solve problems, and create win-win solutions.
  • MS Word, MS Excel, familiar with usage of CRM
  • Commitment to Safety - proactive within compliance of OSHA and NIOSH laws affecting associates.
