We're looking for an experienced Inventory Specialist to support our Pharmacy Operations Department. As an Inventory Specialist with Truepill, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels of parts and goods. Working closely with Supply Chain and Materials functions, you will ensure seamless coordination of inventory control activities, including transaction documentation, process verification, and system review. Your focus will be on optimizing inventory management processes, conducting audits, and implementing replenishment strategies to support efficient operations. Why You'll Love Working at Truepill

  • You will maintain accurate inventory records through transaction documentation and system review.
  • You will develop and implement replenishment strategies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • You will conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
  • You will analyze cycle count discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • You will coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering teams to ensure efficient movement of materials.
  • You will receive inventory and stock shelves according to policy and procedure
  • You will audit incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • You will compile and document all inventory transactions for data entry and record-keeping.
  • You will monitor and pull damaged items, recalls, short dated or expired product from active inventory
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management processes.

  • You possess a college degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • You have proven experience in inventory control or materials management roles.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • You are proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • You demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You maintain working knowledge of inventory management best practices and principles.
