Location: Friona,TX, USA
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
Pay: $18.20/hr
Are you detail-oriented and experienced with stand-up forklift operation? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory systems. This position offers a structured weekday schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth.
What You'll Do:
* Inventory Management: Accurately compile and maintain records of physical and virtual inventory through daily cycle counts, claims management, and account administration.
* Data Accuracy: Utilize purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports to ensure up-to-date inventory records.
* Stock Optimization: Monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues such as damages or shrinkage.
* Product Verification: Confirm product IDs, stock numbers, pallet IDs, and authorized substitutes to ensure shipping accuracy.
* Operations Support: Assist with physical inventories, process unused items for disposal, and maintain organized inventory.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Operate stand-up forklifts and other material-handling equipment, adhering to all safety standards.
* Order shipping materials, supplies, and equipment as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
What You Bring:
* Experience Required: Prior experience operating a stand-up forklift is a must.
* Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
* Ability to thrive in various environments, including cold storage areas (-20F/-25C) and warm conditions (up to 100F/37C).
* Physical capability to lift 40+ lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Flexibility to adjust work schedules and shifts if needed.
