Inventory Specialist-Overnight Shift About Rowe Casa Organics: Rowe Casa was founded in 2017 with the purpose of creating truly natural products made with only the highest quality ingredients. From its beginnings making Elderberry Syrup in a kitchen, Rowe Casa now has a product line of close to 250 products sold worldwide and employs a staff of over 100 employees. About the Position: Rowe Casa is looking to add to our inventory team! As a member of the team, you will play an integral role in performing counts, stocking shelves, and ensuring all inventory is accounted for and recorded. This position is a full-time position and will include a shift differential. Scheduled hours are Monday - Friday 10:30pm-7:30am. Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Pulling products from the warehouse
• Stocking shelves for the shipping department
• Perform counts and reports

Key Skills:

• Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated
• Works well under pressure
• Understanding of inventory environment
• General knowledge of using a computer
• High attention to detail
• Good attitude and a team player

Qualifications:

• Have understanding of standard inventory practices
• Able to recognize and sort products according to lot numbers and FIFO
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in an inventory environment.
